My flat fee for my time and effort includes up to three Classes (the more classes the more work). $79 per additional 3 Classes.  Regular USPTO class fees apply (I wish I could do something about that but there’s no avoiding the USPTO’s cut).  All other online services limit you to ONE class for their flat fee.

USPTO Fees*:

  • Filing Fee = $275 (or in rare cases, $325) PER CLASS. It’s $275 when goods and/or services fit into USPTO’s standardized descriptions, which can usually be done. I will ensure you get the lower rate if possible (unlike most of the other sites that either always charge the higher rate because it’s easier OR they pocket the difference!)
  • Filing Fee for Statement of Use = $100 PER CLASS (for Applications Filed on an “Intent to Use” Basis)
  • Fee to “Divide” Application = $100 (when you don’t want to wait until all of the goods in the application are being used with the trademark, but want to preserve the right to register your mark for those goods not yet used with the mark)
  • Fee for Filing an Extension of Time to File a Statement of Use = $150 PER CLASS

Unlike MUCH of the competition, I never charge any fees of my own for filing these forms for you in connection with your application…that’s what flat fee trademark attorneys are supposed to do for you!
