Flat Fee Trademark Attorney Comparisons
Due to space limitations, I can not possibly compare all of the trademark attorneys offering a trademark registration service on the Internet. However I can guarantee that there is no other trademark attorney that includes as much in the flat fee as I do with TrademarksA2®.com. By not including substantive office action responses (A), not including mandatory filings after the application is filed (D) (including Statements of Use, Evidence of Secondary Meaning, Extensions of Time to file SOU, and various additional work required to register your trademark) and having to pay (typically $99) for each additional class above one (B), you can easily end up paying many hundreds of dollars and possibly thousands ABOVE AND BEYOND THE SO-CALLED FLAT FEE!
As if that is not enough, many trademark attorneys will tell you that the USPTO filing fee is $325, when in fact it is $275 in most cases. This is because it is easier to get the $325 fee and more work is required to get the $275 rate. I will always get the $275 rate when it is possible to do so.
So, now that you can compare trademark attorneys the way they should be compared – ask yourself - which has the lowest guaranteed FLAT FEE?
